RE: Recommendation - Kathryn Darin
To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider this letter an unqualified recommendation for Kathryn Darin. Mrs. Darin has been part of a team of teachers here at Alliance Academy that was instrumental in working through the start-up of the school this past year. Alliance Academy in an inner-city facility serving many students who come to us from disadvantaged situations. In addition, and most importantly, these children are unaccustomed to the routines and rigors an environment such as Alliance imposes. Despite the challenge this has presented Mrs. Darin has performed admirably from every standpoint. She implemented a rigorous curriculum for her grade level, motivated her students to work hard, performed every task with a smile, and has always been ready to help in any way possible. In addition and due to her unwavering commitment to the school, she was named and acted as coordinator for grades three to five.
Overall, Mrs. Darin is a highly motivated and skilled self-starter who can rise to the most difficult situation. In sum I would consider her an asset to any organization and regret her loss to relocation.
Should you have any questions relative to this recommendation, please feel free to call at any time.
Sincerely,
Brian A. Duffy, Principal
